2 trouble codes

I have a friend that has a 06 F250 Harley davidson. He currently has the Bully Dog with the outlook monitor. (I have him talked into a SCT) He has 2 trouble codes.
Code 1 is P0460. The outlook monitor says that it is Fuel level sensor circuit A

Code 2 is P0487 EGR throttle position controll circuit.

What actually are these codes.

He also has an axuallary fuel tank installed to where it gravity feeds into the main tank. This may be what is setting off the first code.

I can clear the codes and they come right back.

Also if he goes to an sct can he still use the outlook monitor for gauges?
