Puling trailer with Studs

I have a 05 CC 250 with 5" exhaust, ARP studs and SCT programmer and was wondering what program I can run while pulling my 8000-10000lbs fifth wheel trailer? I pulled it about 60 miles in with the performance program in it and it pulled way better than in tow/haul program. I run EDGE insight so I can monitor EGT's and it never went above 1200 on a 5% grade. Just wondering what I should watch for if I keep pulling with the performance tune or if i should go back to the tow tune? Also how much boost is safe with studs, I saw 29 pulling my trailer?
