Need some advice

I am selling my 05 6.0 because of too many engine problems and it has 90,000 miles. Should I get a 07 6.0 with 35,000 miles or try to get my hands on a 6.4. I need some input. I really like the 6.0 but am kind of scared of having problems. Is it true that the 07 model had the least amount of problems. Help?

My bone stock 05 had 70k trouble free miles when I traded for my 07.

My 07 is at 53k and the only issue I have had is the left rear power window motor is fried. That happened in the first 10k miles. Other than that I havent had one single issue.

I have never seen a CEL on any of my ford vehicles.
