Resonator ?

I have an 2006 powerstroke with 4inch mbr turbo back with no cats. I was wondering would there be any difference in sound if it took out the resonator or would it be a waist of time and money. Thanks!

Maybe he's talking about the 03-04 exhaust systems. Some brands has resonators to quiet down the screech of the old turbo, but I didn't think MBRP had them.
