Premium Gold?

I have notice a small puking problem everyonce and a while, and want to get a gallon of Premium Gold Coolant just in case. My truck learned a new trick "look the coolant is low.....wait now its puking.

Is the only place to get this stuff for $23 a gallon at the dealer? And do I have to mix it with water before adding?

Sorry for the dumb question. Just never heard anyone talk about where to get it or how to add this stuff. Just if you have Premium Gold that is the only thing to add.

I'm getting ready to do the coolant system flush and install my filtration system, so I am interested also. Here's a bump for ya.

As far as I know the 7.3 doesn't need the Premium Gold unless you have changed over, and if you have don't ever mix the two types because it will turn into a paste and cause problems.

I've been to both Advanced and Auto Zone and no Prmium Gold

Give the 6.0 some time and it will become tried and true like your beloved 7.3.

So lets say your truck pukes out, you stab a gallon of the ethylen glycol stuff in there, you should flush the system and put the ford stuff back in? How quickly would that need to be done?
