No more turbo farting. Why?

Why would a truck stop farting? I bought my F550 about 3-4 weeks ago. When I first got it it farted quite a bit when I would let off the pedal. Now I can be in a hard pull and let off quickly and I do not hear the farting at all any more. I run the truck pretty hard. Thanks JJ

Also, you've been running it hard I bet. That cleans the crap out of the turbo and lets the vanes move more freely. Mine did it all the time when I first got it too. Now it very seldom does it except when it's cold outside and is just warming up.

Yes I do run it hard. I was just worried that if it spooled up and was not returning and was stuck on wide open causing an over boost situation. JJ

i am having no turbo fart either i started a thread with my symptoms dont want o intrude on this but did you find out why its not doing it on yours?
