Want a louder engine while idleing

Ok, call me crazy, but I love the sound of a big diesel idleing. Cat's and Cumming's in the big rigs. I would like to know if there is a way to get a deeper rumble out of our powerstrokes. Dealership already took pilot injection off a long time ago, and that made a big difference. But I WANT MORE Any ideas would be great. Loud is the only way.

For starters, get rid of your 6.0 and get a 7.3...I have a 6.0 and love it but the sound is waaaaay better on the 7.3.

If I could find a new 7.3 I would do a swap. But there must be a way to make it a little louder.

03 turbo will give your louder wistle, not so much the clack clack clack. I think you might like a loop idle. And install a high idle switch, would take all of 15 minutes.

My buddy has a 7.3 and it is pretty loud. But the closest you are going to get to the big rig sound is a 2nd gen 24V Cummins...not CumminGs

if you want a loud Diesel, get the 12valve Cummins. if you want to stick with what Ford did, do a swap with the 6.9/7.3 IDI.

Fine I will just live with my quiet idle Just a gear head thing I guess. I LOVE the deep rumble of a big bore diesel. By the way, What is a loop idle tune. What dose it do to the engine. Please inform me.
