got my edge and some codes
Just installed my edge evo, ran codes and came up with p0404 & p0405! have a few questions
1. I am thinking this is EGR, truck idles funny sometimes!! Should I unplug it or clean it or replace it?? 2. I have seen people unplugging it, do you gain performance or mileage?? Not really worried about warranty, mine is long gone! 3. I am pissed, I thought you could change on the fly with the evo?? Is it the juice, can I just add the juice module to my edge?? Hey it was free, thats why I didnt go sct! |

no performance gain from egr, as for the evo no chips for the 6.0 are shift on the fly only the 7.3's , try taking the egr out and cleaning it and clear the codes see if that gets rid of them

He means no performance gain if you just unplug the EGR. Doing the full delete along with the EGR cooler delete will change your performance for the better.
