ok, 6.0, f250, 04, 102,000k,
egr cooler goes out at night and I over heat. the heads are warped 2/1000th
ford won`t shave the heads so replace it at $7400 or find someone that will. I found the guy, afterwards should i have different bolts put on the heads because of the problem with the old ones having problems stretching.? HELP
I am finding alot of problems with the 6.0 and egr cooler / head problems. signed the blind guy.

Have a set of ARP headstuds installed as well as doing a full EGR delete.
