The other day I was working and run into a guy that had an 2006 6.0 350 HD edtion. I ask him how he liked his truck he stated he liked it well. We got to talking about addons for these power stroke engines and he showed me a few he had added on his. This one item he had on his engine I have never heard of or seen. The item is called a work horse module and here is the website Diesel Chips Workhorse Diesel Chips Official Diesel Chips Site I have read the info on the site and it sounds good but is it really good and does it work. this thing is suppose to leave no finger print on the PCM and add horse power and 10-30%better fuel mileage. Give me your I have no clue if this would work.

Save your money and buy an SCT with custom tunes.

It's just a "fooler." There are many other companies that make them, too--Painless, Edge, Quadzilla, Banks, etc. They work, but they are not ideal. They don't adjust nearly as many parameters as a custom tune on an SCT, and they do nothing for the tranny.
