the other day i pulled my programer out and noticed a loss in power but it seemed almost like a had no power. i was lookin under the hood of my truck and noticed the silicon sleeve going into the turbo from the aftercooler is blown, if im correct that means i have low boost, and so that why my truck seems to have no power?

i need to replace it and im wondering if there is an after market brand i should buy instead of goin through ford?

Yes, a blown CAC tube would cause low boost and therefore poor performance. You can buy a replacement from Ford or you can try dieselsite.com They are an ORG sponsor and should have what you are looking for.
