OBDII readiness tests

Does anyone know how much driving is needed before all the readiness tests are done? I need to get my truck inspected, and my scanner is saying the misfire detection is not ready. I've driven the truck about 150 miles since I reprogrammed a tune. Does it take a certain number of days or key cycles or something?

I guess it's a non-issue. This is the first time I've gotten it inspected in this area, and I found out diesels are exempt from emissions testing. It only cost like 12 bucks. My car costs $50. Now that I know they don't check emissions, the cat just might have to fall off some time this week.
