EGR DELETE GUYS: WILLING TO SELL ME A GOOD EGR COOLER FOR A SPARE?

Please, it has to be a good one, not a bad one or leaking one....

If any of you have done an EGR Delete, and have a good cooler, what is it worth to Air Mail it as a spare to Australia? They do an easy mod here, putting in a disk to block the exhaust gas, no codes, nuttin'... But I would hate to be 2000 kilometres out Bush in the Outback and have the cooling manifold go phhhhtttttt ! Thinking it would be a spare I could carry? How hard of a job it is to swap it out???

mine wont work. its a different design from the 05-07 but maybe someone will chime in and say other wise

Here you go. These are directions to the EGR cooler removal. It isn't too difficult, but make sure where it says in step 7 to rotate the cooler, to rotate the cooler or you will NEVER get it off! Good luck finding a spare!

Something is up with those directions. All I see is directions to replace the blue coolant hose on the cooler.

Round tube coolers are for the 03 and early 04s, sqaure tube ones are for +04. Don't think they changed again after that.
