So Ive had my truck to 2 different dealers who seem to like replacing parts. i new egr valve and cooler. neither were needed in my opinion.
every time the truck idles it smokes, when you take off it's smokes blue in color. ![]() Also it surges as though the motor has a cam when your stopped with the brakes applied. the last dealer said I need to have an "EGR induction cleaning done"($415) i politely said no. Im at a loss as what to do here as neither my cousin's, dads, or best friends F250's do this. If an injector O-ring were leaking what would that do and would it throw a code. I'll scan the latest reciept from ford tomorow @ work thank for the help and input. |

Injector O=ring will not set code, might have a turbo seal leaking, check your air system after the turbo for excessive oil,

Some slight amount of oil is normal from your CCV.

Dealers seem to be lst here. Im worried whatever this is will manifest it's self and be a costly repair when waranty is out. |

So I took it back and showed em the vids and the exspression i got were funny. Service manager said "Damn". I called today to get an update. and they said they were calling Detroit. Guess this mean they're lost.
