Trailer Power Distribution Box Under the Hood

IS MISSING

I bought the truck last november and uust put the Tekonsha P3 in. Well after changing out the box thinking it was bad I have finally come to the conclusion that the Control box mounted off to the side of the fuse panel under the hood is gone

Does anyone have an extra? I found the 4 wires that I think run to it. Blue, Black, Red and I forget the other. Any other work around? I know there are 2 30A fuses and 2 30A relays. Is this a dealer only part?
