finally ordered my SCT!

well, the title says it all, i finally got it ordered from Innovative Diesel today, talked to Ted about it, got the Xtreme race, Xtreme street and another highly recommended street tune, b'cuz my truck does not tow anything big, so no tow tunes needed. should be here late next week from the brown truck!


got lucky as well, they are closed the entire week next week, lucked out there, would have to wait 2 weeks to get it then......

and good god almighty is there a diff in the performance of a tuned truck, my top speed (stock) per my GPS was 102MPH, it now says 116MPH and it did not take but a few moments to get there, i had to back out of it, yes i got to scared @ 10 o'clock @ night on a very dark road to really open it up!!!!

Just a quick question, I have been looking at getting an SCT programmer. I don’t have studs or anything just an intake an exhaust. Would an SCT tune work well on my truck or is it just going to cause more problems?

it depends, my truck has the Zoodad, stock intake and exhaust (strait piped) as well. as for the problems, you should be ok, the 03-04 motors had the problems, your truck"can" have them but prob wont, unless you pop the head gaskets....
