Tire fitting my stocker
What would it take to fit a 33x13.50x18 on my stock '03 6.0? No current lift.
Obviously a 18" rim, other then that - would the tire fit stock suspension? I have leaf fronts. Thanks. |

2.5" lift will clear it with proper wheels, may fit stock with only slight rubbing that can be massaged. A general rule is the wider and/or more offset of the wheel the more lift required to fit the same size tire; for example a295/75/16 will fit on your truck on a stock wheel, but put it on a 16x10 and it will rub even with a 2.5" lift.

I am currently running a LT 305/70R16 with no rubbing but its real close! Stock rim too. If I go too tall - my GF wont be able to get into my truck - cant have that!!!
I like the look of a more meaty stocky truck - not real tall but decent width - strong wide footprint. I also travel alot and really want to keep the 33" tire height to keep with my spare - a LT305... |

I had 36"'s with no lift,..I could have put 37"s on it though.
You just have to be willing to trim a little sheet metal....mine was 6 days old when I did some "trimming".....
