Location of EGT Probe???

What is the best location for the EGT Probe to get the most accurate readings? I have mine on the drivers side manifold but I have heard that drivers side is not the best place. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's fine there. Some say the passenger side runs hotter, so some durn dual egt probe/gauges but I believe the difference is negligible on stock injectored trucks.
