Computer drive cycle

I just finished replacing the IPC sensor on my 03 6.0. By the way, it's not that difficult to replace, just getting the right most bolt out of the heat shield is tricky.

I cleared the P2285 from the computer but was wondering what the drive cycle is to reset the monitors (the "E" monitor is still not set). I am not sure if it's connected but my remote start no longer works. The truck will turn over, start then immediately shut off (I think that it's the remote start since the truck starts fine otherwise).

Anyway, anyway to set the E (emissions?) monitor?
