On an H4, the center is the low beam output, with the center turned in the up position, then left is ground, and right is high beam. Obviously you will need to tag the corresponding wires from you OEM harness,

H13 with the notch up, ground in the center, hi beam on the right, low beam on the left.
9007 is with the flat side up, ground in the center, low beam left, high beam right.

The 2 leftover wires on your harness should be red and black, ground one, put the other on the battery.

With this harness it plugs into ONE H4 socket and branches off into TWO 9008(H13) sockets. What goes where? Which side does the single H4 plug in to (driver or passenger)? Does it matter? Where do i attach the connectors circled in the picture below?

I plugged into my driver's side plug and ran the h13 plugs to each headlamp from there. Supplied the power to the relays from the driver's side battery and secured the relays by the fender.
