'05 to '06 6.0 differences?

Can anyone tell me what, if any, are the difference between the 2005 and 2006 6.0's? Here's my dilemma... I am in the Navy and tranferring to the East coast, so I ordered a Hypertech programmer and installed it no problem. The website I ordered from said it was for '05-'07 for that part #, hypertech's website says the part # I have is for '06-'07 and that there is different # for '03-'05. The real problem is that the movers packed up and took off with the programmer even though I set it aside and now I can't program back to stock if I have the wrong programmer. Any help you guys can offer would be great.

i believe they changed the computer in 06.

i used the same chip in my 05 and in my 06 but it was an edge evolution programer
