doors squeaking

my 03 crew cab doors like to squeak mainly my rear driver side door .....when i get on the freeway in the morning its squeaks but later in the day when it warms up it seems to go away ......what can i do to stop this ...maybe to tighten up the doors?

could try spraying all the hinges springs, and seals with WD40 and see if that works

i had some oil lube type spray that would work great for that i would think
