Isspro wiring help
So wiring up my isspro guages after getting all the sensors in and installed.
So currently I have 3 sets of hot and ground wires that go to the guages themselves. These I understand that they all go to ground. The boost hot wire goes to my illumination wire which on my 03 is yellow. Next I have the 2 other hot wires going directly to the guages themselves, which go to the ignition correct?? Then I still have the hot wire coming out of the pyro box, where does that go? Thanks!! |

you should have 3 hot, which can go to the customer access wire underneath the dash, by your OBDII port. you will have 3 ground ( self explanatory ) and then the 3 illumination for each. i wired my illumination to go to the wire on my dashlight dimmer.

Check this site out. This is how I installed mine.
Gauge Installations at DieselManor- 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke If you click on each picture it will enlarge and give you more detailed description. Hope this helps. |

i used that, but still does not explain my wires.
There they only have 3 hot wires. I have 4, what do I do with the fourth? |

Okay, I agree with what Rob is saying. Wire your hots together to make one run to the power source. Wire your illuminations together to make one wire to tap into under the dash and wire grounds together to make one run to your ground location, there is a good spot under the dash for this as well.
If I remember correctly, the boost gauge does not have hot or ground since it is mechanical but has an illumination wire. It makes it a lot easier to wire if you splice them together to make one wire for power, 1 for ground, and one for lighting. That is how I did mine. Hopefully this will help you. |
