Test and replace glow plugs

I know on the 7.3L the glowplugs could be testing through the VC connectors. Is this true on the 6.0? The truck i am driving has 200K on it and on cold mornings i have to cycle the glow plugs an extra time or it idles rough for a minute.
How many ohms should i be looking for?

The glow plugs have their own harness and you can check it through there. Anything more than .2 than I would replace them
