Hot tunes w/new motor

finally got my truck back after the engine decided to destroy itself.... anyways runs pretty well with the new motor. but i installed my SCT and it is way crazy, kinda feels like my truck ate some steroids or something. but i need custom tunes for it cause it doesn't like shifting too much on the performance level... any ideas?

...oh and how long is the break in period for the new motor?

Nice truck, I got a 2006 F250 Reg cab long bed automatic, I used to use that Street tune on the SCT Xcal 2 and it got me best time of 14.5 at 96 mph, now I have the Looney Tune on and I am hoping for low 14's, I guess I will find out next wednsday.
