New motor/sct

hey guys as you know my truck decided to blow up but good news is i get it back on monday with a fresh motor. my SCT came in today and i'm stoked to use it. but my question: should i get custom tunes or just use the ones that are one there?

Sold!2001 F-350Lariat Lifted 7.3L CC, 5" Straight Pipe, DIY Intake, Foil-Delete, 6 pos chip, CCV Bypass, 37" Toyo MT, Gauges, Blacked out, 07 Harley Front-End.

STOLEN ,2001 F-350Lariat 7.3L CC, 6pos chip, 4" Banks Straight-Pipe, Banks Comp Wheel, Custom Lighting, Foil-Delete, Intake.

Get custom tuning, the difference between canned and custom tunes is VERY noticeable! You won't regret it.

january 2003 6.0 F-350 Lariat 4x4 cc with 08 long bed. recon cab and mirror lenses, torqueshift(reman on 9-03-09) with three disc billet convertor(500 rpm lowered stall speed),mag-hytec deep tranny pan,, 8" fabtech lift w/ 37" iroc super swampers on helos,pro comp ladder bars, custom sct x3 with tunes by eric @ innovative diesel, boost and pyro,edge insight, afe, 4" straight piped, ARP headstuds, banks intercooler & high ram intake. engine mods & maintenance by first coast diesel performance.

the answer to this question isn't obvious? lol I guess I'll vote for the canned tunes.

lol k what effect does locking the Tourque converter have? and what does it mean to have it locked during closed throttle? these are things that im seeing in the SCT book and not really understanding

Custom anything is better, my TS can tunes to my TW custom tunes were night and day, I know its not a SCT but still custom has to be better

2006 F-250 ExtCab SB 4x4 6.0, recon white lightning, ARP head studs, SCT touch Xtreme and soon to come Complete EGR delet y pipe and all
