Lost my key and my spare is in another state!!!

I lost my key for my 03 PSD. I came home to visit my parents in Colorado and the key has somehow dissapeared. My spare is in Wyoming where I live, but have no way to go up there to get it. Am I going to have to go to a Ford dealership to get a new one cut? Or can a locksmith cut a new one? Is there a key code or something that I need to give the dealer?

I think you will have to goto the dealership and hopefully they can cut you another one using your vin number and then they will have to program it...

Get your vin# and call the ford dealership. The parts dept. can get a key code with the vin# anything 98 or 99 and newer. Have them cut a key and that is it. You don't have to program it because the super duty trucks 1999-2007 do not have the PATS key system.
