Harley lights fit 03?

You have to do some modifications, I'll try to locate the link. I have been wanting to do this to my 02, but trying to find the wiring harness for the new lights.

It would be nice if someone would design lights similar to the Harley lights that mount up to the 99-04's without modifications.
