Pyro guage with SCT custom tune.

I just installed my street custom tune from innovative via sct excalibrator 2. (Which is great I might add) It is going to be a couple weeks until I can get my pyro guage installed. Should I be concerned towing ~3500 pounds or even daily driving using the street tune without being able to monitor EGT's. If there is I will put it back to stock until I get my guages. Thanks in advance.

If you stay off the throttle you will be ok daily driving. As for towing i would say no. I am very cautious and i wud never even run a chip without a gauge just to be safe. So if it were me i wud run stock until you have a gauge. But congrats on the SCT it is an awesome experince.

Well without knowing EGT's and using a street tune you can run your temps pretty high. Even if your staying out of it, you simply just dont know. I would take'er easy until your get your gauge in.
