"miss" when low on fuel.
I like all the good ideas and help available here. Have a question tho. My 06 F250 with 6.0l has the low fuel message, But 2 times now I have been far enough from fuel I wasn't sure I'd make it. The engine did cut out, like air in line, fuel pump stopped or similar sound. Only a second at a time..every couple minutes.IS this going to hurt something? My first thought was considering the pressure in fuel system I din't need that on the injectors. After fueling up...no trouble. OTHER than the obvious "keep the top half full" I'd welcome all ideas.

hmm what exactly are you asking here?
Sounds like you know its not good for anything in the fuel system already
