07 dash to OBS conversion
This is for any of those people who ever thought about putting the newer style dashes into their Old Body Style Fords (99-04). I purchased a brand new dash from ford and sent it to OEMDASH to get it coated a black carbon fiber to match the rest of my interior. Many people told me that it would not fit due to completley different shapes of the dash. They are wrong. They dash almost fits completley perfect to the old dash. The only problems are the a/c vents are a different shape than the only ones, a few of the holes that snap the dash in on the bottom of the dash are in different spots ( all i did one cut the old ones and cut new ones) and if your wanting to put the newer a/c controls in (which i did) you have to cut a couple of plastic brackets that hold the old a/c controls out so the newer a/c controls will fit. I also had to have Ultimate Audio get me the newer (05-07) radio mounting piece so my 7" headunit would fit ( the newer dashes have bigger holes than the OBS). All in all it turned out PERFECT! I think almost anyone could do it considering im only 16! I bought the newer light switch, 4x4 control, and a/c along with the dash and wired everything up to the old wiring. Im going to take more pictures of my truck soon so when i do i will post the pics of the dash!

CONGRATS on the mod I've been wanting to do this to just been to lazy to change the stuff out from one of my dad's 05-07 work trucks

I would definetely like to see them. I am trying to buy back the 95 I use to have. Only wants $7,000 for it. Here is a picture. I miss this truck.

When he said OBS he was refering to 99-04 SD's I tought he mint OBS like your 95 to
That sounds like a good deal 7,000 for the truck it looks great
