6.0 truck/performance?
what do u guys think about the 04 and 05s? I am trying to decide if i want one and i wanted to know how they would hold up with a chip and some mads on it let me know..........

I love my 05 and its got a few mods done to it... The 03's and 04's had a few problems right off the line, although a bunch of folks have had great experiences with their rigs. I would say its generally agreed that the 05-07's have less problems, but the 6.0L's do have some problems with the EGR, EGR cooler, and head gaskets. Good luck in your search and I would suggest you go premium and have an OASIS report run on it.

Nope, the Torqshift is pretty stout up to about 500 hp.

It's a report that lists all the work performed on your truck by Ford. It can give you an idea if your truck has had a lot of work done to it and what types of failures it has had.
