Anyone care to guess what programmer was in my truck?(pics inside)







I know those are not very good clues, but thats all there is. The yellow wire terminates right across from the tranny. The red wire is up on the fire wall. The other pics is the front and rear of the EGT probe. The dash looks like it had a moniter under the handle on the dash. It also has a magtach pan on it. I guess there is no way to check for studs without pulling off the valve covers.

Hmm not sure but maybe it was just a monitor and not a tuner Most tuners plug into the ObdII port.

Some of the banks stuff plugs into the wiring harness, and I think maybe some of the edge stuff does to.

you could be right, but there has been alot of extras done(intake, exhaust, tranny pan)

Yeah if they used an sct then you wouldn't know because it plugs into the OBDII port. Its possible like Big Tone said that if could be banks or edge products also. My guess is that was a monitor and they probobly used an sct but thats just a wild guess.

When you plug your tranny temp up do you use the factory sender or does the moniter come with a sender?

Yeah its standalone or has its own seperate wires and sender

No there is a test port on the drivers side right above the 2nd trans pan bolt that it is installed in.
