OASIS report cause for concern?

I bought a 2005 F250 a few weeks ago and just received the following OASIS report. Sadly it's only for the past year. I'm not sure what I'm looking at, so if anyone can give me some feedback I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

I have an example of what an OASIS shouldn't look like if you want me to email it to you I will. That doesn't look to bad to me but I am in no way a tech.

not sure why they didn't get you the full report, looks like EGR and EGR cooler problems, pretty common, should be fine now, maybe couple injectors, I'm not a tech sure why will chime in and set me straight

The trucks in the shop right now having all the fluids changed to Amsoil. While its there I asked them to check out the antifreeze leaking from the top of the radiator. (see the picture) Could this be the EGR acting up again? Is there anything specific or anything else at all I should have them look at?
