axles and info on them
i was wondering where i can find out what the front axle is and the rear and whats in them

Your front is a Dana 60, and rear is a Sterling 10.5". Should have 3.73's.
You can look on the rear diff tag and it will tell you for sure. |

yep check the rear diff tag. Mine says 3L73, meaning 3.73 limited slip

yea 3.73 but i think i heard that they put dana 44 axle in a dana 60 and call it a 50 is this true well when in 4 wheel it is really jerky almost like the front is a posi so i want to check that out

i thought the dana 50 was the old ifs junk on the OBS 250's. Maybe i'm wrong.

Dana 60 front only came on models with dual rear wheels. Single rear wheels are Dana 50 its the same cover as the 60 but with a little smaller ring gear.

Yep dana 60 housing with dana 50 guts duallys and heavyduty 350s got 60s
