can you elaborate, noob here to diesel tuning

if it is sound you want, then I say straight pipe it! Lose the muffler! There is nothing that sounds as good as a straight piped 6.0L. A bigger exhaust will do wonders in that department. A good place to start modding is the exhaust, gauges and tuner. The SCT is the only way to go for the 6.0L. It is the "safest" way to tune your motor and your tranny.

The SCT is a downloader for the psd's.
SCT Flash Devices - MORE Power . . . Period! Contact Raul@stelthautomotive, Larry at discount powerparts, or Vivian at Dj's diesel. They will give you the best deal. As for exhaust talk to a member named farmboydiesel. He has budget systems starting at 250 bucks. |

when I first got my truck I overnighted my SCT from DJs. A put exhaust on it like a week later with an intake, then gauges..Awful order lol..If i did it again thought I would do some gauges first, then and intake, exhaust, and then an SCT. IMO thats a good order Oh and dont forget about doing a little ZOOOOOODAD

4" DP to 5" the rest of the way back. The closer to the downpipe you dump it off the louder it will be. imo.
