you always need to be concerned about egt temps , or it will cost ya , burnt up turbos , head gasket issues , egr cooler issues , the bock off is great but doesnt make it bullet proof

I had EGR problems, it was replaced at the dealer under warranty. Should I delete the EGR valve? From where?

I don't quite understan the OP's question. But jf250, if you want to "delete" the egr valve you can remove it and have it welded shut, but I don't think this will eliminate egr cooler issues. If you want to do that all you gotta do is weld a plug into the up pipe where it extends to the egr cooler. If you don't wanna weld it you can use elite's block off plate, that's what I will be doing shortly. There are a lot of methods. Of course if you really want to get deep into it, you can delete the entire egr system from the truck.
