I have installed a AFE 4" exhaust and intake, during the install it was extremly hard to get any clearence from the firewall seam (the intake was a easy). It seems like there is only an 1/8 of an inch clearence, when you readjust it to get more clearence the exhaust hits the transfer case.
I hope this does not cause any problmes I have even called AFE Support, but they still have not called me back!!! ![]() Has anyone else done an AFE exhaust install and how did it work out??? Oh yeah the truck is 06 f250 CC KR Love the truck, my first diesel only had it for less then 45 days and have already got the bug to mod Any on here from the Ozarks? Thanks for the any help. i have heard that AFE had some downpipe problems. they contracted the downpipes out and had some that were misbuilt...that could be part of your problem. PM rwalker...he installed one on a buddies truck that had a downpipe that was so badly misbuilt that it was uninstallable. He was told that afe pulled the contract from the company that was building them and is making them for themselves now...
