whats need to run a diesel

Ok Im going to get a 6.0 from someone I know the engine is good but the question is how hard is it to transplant into a none diesel vehicle. What am I going to need to run the beast. I plan on using a manual tranny. Im guessing I need the engine bay wiring and the pcm that sits on the engine and thats it I dont think i will need the guage cluster and key since they dont have pats on the keys.
