New 6.0's?? Are there any still out there???

My sister is in the market for a new Ford, but she does not want a 6.4 after seeing the extremely poor performance I get out of mine. Has anybody seen any new 6.0's still on the lot any where? She will be in the market for a 4x4, crew cab, short bed, she does not mind a 6 spd, infact I think she prefers them. Our Dad has an '06 6.0 that is great!!! My '05 was a pullin dude, and I really wish I had bought an '07 instead of my gutless 6.4! If anybody has seen any around please let me know. Thanks.

Yep , i noticed an 07 leftover at advantage ford in elkton last nite. I did not notice if it was a diesel or not. In the area I live,there are a lot of ford dealerships with a lot of stock. What are you looking for ,in general?I wouldnt mind making a couple stops for you.

Just keep in mind that just because it says it's there, that doesn't mean the truck really exists. I looked for a leftover 07 5 months ago and never did find one. I had several dealers do region-wide searches. I found several off the Ford site, but with every one, when I called the dealer, the truck was not there anymore. That's why I bought a used one.

she can pick up an 7 a heck of allot cheaper than an 08 too.

I was a fool not to buy an '07 myself, thought the 6.4 was really going to be good, boy was I wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate my 6.4, love the '08 truck. I would have got way better financing too. Live and learn I guess.

Are you in Maryland? I wonder if we could make a dealer trade from New Mexico? I guess if the deal was good enough a person could fly over and drive it back! Any way she needs either an F250 or F350 4x4, shortbed, crew cab, auto or standard, XLT or Lariat, and it has to be a 6.0 diesel. If you see anything like that (anybody) let me know! Thanks!

If you have a good dealer, they can search for you. You might also check the Fordirect site and look for 6.0s in the used section with low miles, you might find a deal there too......


(FYI, Fordirect is how I found my Roush Mustang when I was looking for one.)

half dozen or more 07's at Thoroughbred Ford in KC, MO when I was up there a week ago.

They're definately out there...just gotta find em, might hve to travel for one tho!
