Extended Warranty

I just bought a F250 super duty truck with 43000 km. I am just wondering if I should buy the extended warranty. Three years is 3800 dollars.in Canada or take the risk that nothing goes wrong.

You can wait to the end of the ford coverage and see if you need it it will cost you maybe 100.00$ more. Ask to your dealer, but 3800.00$ seems high for me. Check with other dealers

My truck came with an extended warranty from Eagle warranty corp. When my trans. went out back in the summer, They paid $2000 of $2300 to fix it. So now I've got a built trans for $300. I think the previous owner paid $1800 for the warranty.

Forgot to mention, my warranty was 4 year, unlimited mileage. (Yes unlimited, I couldn't believe it myself)
