Warrant Void??

Just picked up an 05 f350 6.0 85k miles..i would like to replace the cat and muffler with a 3.5" strait pipe and put a k&n filter in it.. Will this void my factory 5yr/100k warranty? i have herd chips void them for sure but havnt got a solid answer about intake and exhaust..just goin cheap for now.. (cat, muffler removed, fancy tip, replacement K&n, tinted windows, leveling kit.) Thats all i want to do for now..figured wait till the warranty was gone and then go all out with full kits! any and all opinions PLEASE!
Thanks!

It shouldnt void it but it all depends on the dealer. On the intake if you are going to upgrade look at AFE they are the best there is. But to be honest the stock intake on the 6.0 is good to about 450hp

the local dealer by your house may be fine with all those mods but the dealer that is 400miles away from home may not be fine with those mods therefore leaving you in a pickle. "pay to play".
