Fuel additives, what&when

I did a general search but could not find an answer. What additives should I use, if any, and when should I use them. I have an 06 F350 with 21,000 miles. Everything about the truck is stock.

Thanks!!!

I also use diesel kleen, (made by Power Service Products). In the winter I switch to diesel fuel supplement +cetane boost, (also made by Power Service). I'm in Alaska and switch to gain the anti-gel properties during the colder months.

I live in Texas and do use PS Diesel Kleen, mostly for lubrication aspects as well as a cetane increase. I use it pretty much at every fill-up in my PSD and also in my Jeep Liberty CRD diesel. In the Liberty, I do notice a fuel economy increase of 1 to 2 mpg as compared to the rare occasion when I forget to use this additive.

I buy mine at walmart, which makes it real easy to find, (one reason I use it)
