Help, ASAP!

Hey guys I am in a tight situation right now. There is a 03 6.0 turbo on ebay for $217.50, with 23bids and exactly 3hrs left. I asked the seller if its for a 03 turbo and hows the condition. In the picture there in no pedestal. Just want to know what you guys think.

They are worth a $400 core on a new turbo if that helps any.

when you buy an upgraded turbo, they want you to send in your stock one as a "core" that they will rebuild and sell to the next guy. some vendors charge a 1200 dollar "core" charge if you don't return ur stocker.

i believe you need the pedestal too, or it won't bolt up
