6.0 owners

Hey everyone, I am looking to get a new truck after selling the VERY expensive one I have right now. I really like my 6.0 and would like to get another one, but I can't afford the "fixed" ones" (05-07). My question is this: how many of you like your 6.0? Have you had many issues with them? How many miles are on your truck? DO you pull often?

I'm really interested in the 03-04 years, but all opinions welcome.

I attached a pole too, but if you could reply and give the reason you like or dislike your 6.0, that would be great for me to base my next purchase off of.

TIA

P.S please include year in your reply

Have an 04 with 132,000 miles bought it new and have driven it hard since day 1.
The only thing I have done besides performance mods..... new brakes, shock, tires, ball joints and seals in the front diff.
As far as pulling about half my miles are towing, sometimes very heavy.

I love my 04. But this is my first diesel, and I wish I would have done some research first. I would have looked for 05 or 06 years. I like their larger grill and one piece headlights. Its a cleaner look. Oh, and the engine too

I still have my 2004 and have enjoyed every minute, even thru the 3 EGR coolers, one tranny (my fault, 4HI launch, not good) one turbo, new head gaskets & head studs.

Its an on-goin love affair.

Love it - and have since day one. Don't tow but I'm hard on her on the performance end and she has been problem free. Don't buy into the threads with the Cummins guy who knows a guy who had his 6.0 blow up. I've been part of running this place since day one and have dealt with thousands of people and the mass majority love their 6.0's.
