Is it batteries?
I have an 03 6.0 and i went out this morning to crank it up and the instrument cluster would light up but nothing happened when i cranked it. My outlook monitor gave me codes : P0407, P0488, P0603, P0360, and V0200. I know most of the P ones have to do with the egr but I can't find what the V one is. Could this be just dead/weak batteries or could it be something else?

when you say nothing happened when you cranked it meaning , it spun over or nothing at all

the instrument cluster may have taken a dump, ive had to replace a few for similiar symptoms , may have to take it in

do you think that the batteries are just weak? the cluster isn't going crazy but it is lighting up.

if you put a jumper on it and didnt make a difference then no

what do you think it would cost to take it in to get diagnosed?

every dealer is different , but for the most part most charge at least an hours labor at whatever their labor rate is , is it over 100,000 miles , if not it may be something thats covered
