Thinking about buying 04 6.0L

hi im thinkin about buyin an 04 F350 with single rear wheels crew cab 4x4 lariat with 74,000 miles its got a really crappy bedliner looks like some one rolled it on with a paint roller but other than that a very clean truck the leathers in good condition and like 2 dings in the whole truck im not sure but i think they are askin a little to much they are asking 29,999 and i was just wondering if these pickups have alot of problems other than the injectors

that seems kind of high in price, before you buy any Ford truck have a OASIS report ran on it

Sounds high to me too. I would think you could get to mid 20s easy.

Yeah, thats way high, especially now with the truck prices down. I got my crew cab lariat 06 almost 6 months ago with less than half that mileage for just a couple grand more than that.

I bought my truck in September. 2005 CC LB 4x4 Auto Lariat. 87,000 miles and paid about $25,000 for it. You can do better, keep looking. In fact, have a look at all the posts on this sight. There are plenty of issues to be aware of with the 6.0's. So far so good for me.

If your interested, a good friend of mine is selling his 04 F350 4x4 Ext cab with every option it could have come with, and only 30K miles, for $26k. It's cherry! Located in Cali. Also has AMP steps and a shell on the bed. Nicest 04 I've seen.

I bought my 03 (when it was a year old in 04) for $29,500. It's a Lariat CC 4x4 FX4 You should be able to buy that one for less than 24k i would think...
