Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and have a question. I live in Myrtle Beach and currently pull a 16ft trailer full of pepperidge farm bread with a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 360. Can I say Gas mileage is only around 8mpg. This summer I will change to a 24 ft trailer and know the Dodge will not be able to handle it. I was looking at a 04 FX4 PSD 6.0 to purchase for the route. I am traveling about 60 miles per day with an average speed around 45 mph. Will the Ford be a good truck for this?
