dually mpg

hey i know there are a ton of mpg threads but i'm interested in dually mpgs i know duallys aren't the number one choice for millage but just wondering what the 6.0l duallys get, i'm shopping around for either 06/07 6.0l or an 08 6.4l king ranch, any info would be great

Stock with 4.10 gears I average around 15 mpg mixed driving, no trailer. With my 20ft enclosed I was getting approx 10 mpg and with the 16 ft utility trailer approx 12mpg. Just did the zoodad mod and don't know if that will make any difference. When I had my '95 F250 Super Cab w/ 460 gasser If I drove real easy I got about 12mpg empty and it had 3.55 gears. When I towed with it I was afraid to know how bad the mpg was . And of course there is no comparison in performance and towing, between the two.

I run an 07 F350 dualley king ranch with 4:10 gears and cant seem to get past 12mpg with only 10,000 miles ,the truck is all stock. would love to get better mpg. with fuel around here @ 3.70per gal.any surgestions? Thanks

The 6.0 will get better mileage than the 6.4 because of all the emissions stuff on the new trucks.

I get about 13mpgs best I ever did was 14

i know its not a 6.0, but my 7.3L Dually gets 14.7 HWY stock, and 20.5 with my chip set for econo, I Have 3:73 gears. I havent towed anything to know what it gets while towing.

Mine is a 7.3 as well. Mine on the 100hp setting of my TS will get around 13.5 with city/highway. I am getting ready to do a long haul back to Ohio from Cali and I expect that my mileage will be better when I can get it on the highway for a couple of hours at a time with the cruise control set at 65 mph. We shall see.

I get anywhere from 11-16 just depending on what, how and where I am driving.

I get between 14-17 MPG depending on how much I can keep my foot out of it.

thanks for the posts, sorry if this is astupid question, i'm not totally new to the diesel world but what is the zoodad mod, or where can i get info about it
