Need help with wiring.

i want to hook up a turbo timer to my 03 6.0. it has the tach and speedo on it as well. according to the instructions, i need to tap into the factoy tach signal wire, and speedo sending wire. does anyone know what color they are and where they can be found?

i figured out the ignition wire, dont remeber the color right off hand, and used a common ground and the hot constant off the stereo. the timer i wound up with only has the input for the tach signal wire so if anyone knows where and what color it is please let me know.
